Management is not transparent there are lot of politics , cafeteria is small with average food only one vendor, hikes are average ranges between 8 to 15% might be looking good for person coming from Service based company . HR listen to what manager says so job security is less in my tenure I had seen 5 people been fired who worked with me in different years
All top management people till managers, company hire and fire policy No weightage has been to your project work , only other activities are considered for yearly appraisal

Recognition and accurate feedback are often elusive unless you have a close relationship with your Tech Lead or Scrum Master. Managers/CLs could better evaluate employees' contributions by considering multiple perspectives rather than relying on feedback from a single team member. Favoritism significantly impacts appraisals and promotions.

The company provides everything that is needed for an individual in a day to day basis and employees are friendly to new joiners.
