I was interviewed by 6 leaders they collected my documents shared the offer in discussion,made me wait for a month and they tell.me my cost is high and they are going to offer some one who.is a referral.with less cost,this.is a an unprofessional act and didn't expect from.a company like fidelity Please be careful when you get an offer from here who knows they may withdraw the offer ☹️

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
