It is moving towards latest technologies but realizes it very late. It has products on outdated technologies but is making effort to shift them. It provides free breakfast, lunch and snacks in the evening.

Dislikes

There is no job security. VP believes all employees are replaceable so doesn't respect any employee. HR is useless and is only exists to empty pockets. No employee friendly policies Work-life balance doesn't exist. No initiative to boost employee morrale.
