Pay is ok. Travel opportunities.

Dislikes

Do not join as a lateral. Too much politics. Terrible work culture. There is no appreciation for hard work. Promotions are based on face value. People who don't do any work but are great at office politics are promoted.

Decent salary, flexible timings

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Laterals are not treated well. Work experience outside FICO is not valued. Lots of politics. Do not join as lateral hire.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
