There is no individual growth if you start your career over here it takes miles to reach the desired position as compare to other industries. Job security is 100% as but work satisfaction is low and very poor culture.No WFH, transport and meals chargeable, timings are killer 8 to 6 and it takws 1.5 hrs to reach city.
