Fev doesn't have much R&D Work, so you have lot of free time to look for jobs.

Dislikes

1. Internal Politics by Marathi managers 2. No good work, just testing work. Don't expect any actual development, research work 3. Location outside pune. 4. Very less Cash in hand salary 5. No support from HR in any way 6. No or very less increments 7. No promotions 8. No professionalism 9. No mutual respect Please avoid joining here. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
