Pros: Feuji is a place if you are good in following: 1. Politics 2. Gossips 3. Spying on others 4. If you don’t have a personal life. 5. If you are from Telangana.

Do not join feuji if 1. You want to grow in your career. They just want dumb brains that can follow some process. 2. You are not a Telgue Person ( All client meetings to internal metting even conversations will happen in Telgue) 3. So much of politics and all the senior management are friends so forget that you will have a life. 4 Don’t even think you will get a good hike. They will make you cry for your own money. 5. Variable pay they won’t give completely. 6. No<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> job security they can remove you anytime. 7.</mark> Management is worst. Hire and fire system. They hire you on contract for the client but don't tell you about the contract. Ultimately keeping you in dark. Once the contract is over, there is a 99% possibility that you will be fired. Bad HR policies. HR is just useless in this company. Never replies on time.
