I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Best part of Ferring is Product portfolio,salary is at par with industry.

Dislikes

Ferring policy people comes first at Ferring is just on paper. Transparency is just for sake. Job security for peoples is terrible. Career growth is very slow. Favouritism is on higher side over capable peoples in organasition.
