Discrimination among different division n infact discrimination in same division among those cater sales in hospital n trade. Despite working for many years they don't consider experience based people to give atleast opportunity to appear for promotion profile interview. Promotion are enjoyed only among management team. Company practice Top - Down approach but never bottom up approach. If you a manager then it's easy for you to practice chela - Chamcha culture. Management n Compliance team is not bothered to investigate such manager. Words will never suffice what i experienced, from mental agony to constant insecurity. From management making me know i am stalked to be told to work like a bonded person. So much more words cant define. Fyi 30% people leave it every year
