Overall company culture is good. Will get good cooperation from respective departments heads .

We will not get any benefits from company even Health, transport and food. And one more thing from Hyderabad Upvc we will not get any response from HR and simply he will depends upon head office just behave like a mediator. They will not follow same structure to all employees for Promotions even you work hard and smart. Support from All department heads and FH was good.

I worked in Kota plant and there the plant head, some of the manager and HR those who are working there they not Cooperative at all if an employee is suffering from a disease like dengue and typhoid and if he is taken leave for few days untill he recovers back, the manager's says that now you can't join back because you have not told anyone of us and then if we told them that sir I have told to my reporting manager and shared all all the doctor prescription blood reports everything after that they do not believe that reports they say they are fake you have make these reports from anyone. Fenesta Kota plant is very horrible zero working culture abusing languages are also uses, manager use to play politics with their junior and fire out them from the company. No salary increment, no promotion and new employees don't get confirmation letter after working 6 months.

1. Few Years Back Fenesta was best working place now its not so, 2. Great learning at mid senior level and senior level to manage things if are good at communication and performer. 3. People should thoroughly go through offer letter for notice and early exit payout before they, otherwise you will be in trouble and in loss as well if you wish to resign.

1. Worst HR - never mind who you are to them, its not responsibility of the HR if you are in trouble for something at your position. Worst HR service and not even single person will listen to you they simply deny its Local HR duty and pass on things, you just wander what's happening. 2. Often you might be threatened at the security of your job when you are under performing for while. 3. Management expectation is very much high whereas we normal people work on normal pace, this differentiate much and affects your increments badly when you are normal performer. 4. HR will change there rules and policies as per there convenience. if they find people are willing stay back.
