Often you might be threatened at the security of your job when you are under performing for while. 3. Management expectation is very much high whereas we normal people work on normal pace, this differentiate much and affects your increments badly when you are normal performer. 4. HR will change there rules and policies as per there convenience. if they find people are willing stay back.
