It was overall a good experience. Job security is good at mid & senior level. Lower level has job security issues. Salary on Time. No deductions during both Covid lockdowns. During this period we moved from Small Scale Industry to Medium & Large Scale Industry in less than 2 years.

Dislikes

Work pace is bit slow. Too much paper work. Sometimes I had used more than a bundle (500+) of A4 size sheets in a day. Things/Projects/Decisions take time more than anticipated. Don't expect high increments, try to negotiate as much as you can while joining. Increments range 5-8%.

Work Details

Balanced work life. Timings are strict, expect few departments, where you have to work late nights for couple of days a month only, rest is good. Paper work is way too much. Work Stress is more than actual Work Load, if you are directly in touch with MD's

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
