Overall the company background is good and plus points are enough because not any merits of this company.

Dislikes

First is Nepotism, and now we talking about the job security which employees are not working so well then they doing only bad commenting on back to seniors of good employees . No any security of job, know the company demands me to resignation because not any transportation to my Headquarters from my home , company said how ever decided to go your work (May 30 ,2020) and 5 june company ask me to resign because i am working from home and achieving the targets on working home also ..but company goes with nepotism , their ZSM ASM are only focusing to grow the nepotism , always my targets fulfilled , only a small reason which was to go your work don't work from home , and first of all the transportation not working all are knows very well and my working city is 85km to my location i said to company i will go to work in 5,6 days please wait buses start to go now only a week pending but .. Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company police.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
