Salary on Time even during Covid Phase

Dislikes

Management Favor for HOD's. They think only HOD works, but reality is different. All HOD's are inefficient especially Head Marketing. Management should have a faith in other employees too.

Work and Personal Life is difficult to Balance. All facilities ans leverages given to Department Heads only. Company is good for the Senior personnel, for others it is below average.
