Undoubtedly Work life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits section is very poor. Company culture is below average. No any extra benefits or facilities is provided.

Work Details

Average. Coz I want work life balance in which this company is too good. Duty time is 9 to 6. Sunday will be off, if u do Sunday duty then compensation rest of one day is provided.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
