The best thing about Fedora is if you are having good coworkers with you then you can continue your job for long time.

Dislikes

The management is the worst part, as if you do what they wanted you to do then its fine for tem. But if you give your suggestions for the work to change the way you wanna handle things. Then they would never ever let you grow. They will through you out. And then the worst part of the job begins. And finally in the end the employee would resign the job. But they would accept the resignation as they have the best employee turnover....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
