The pay is good and rest everything is something of a serious concern here.

First and foremost is that the company management is not transparent at all. They’ll not give any details clearly to you. The HR is the worst where they don’t know any specific process as well. You have to keep nudging them to get things, they’ll work on things only if there’s a follow up.

Good culture evolved from Americans and Europeans.

Dislikes

Typical Indian Mindset when it comes about Promotion and it happens only for predefined set of people. Similarly, internal highiring is just for the shake of showing to employees, no fare selection, all happens with the preferred people.
