The company work culture that promoted only persons doing insurance. Very pathetic appraisal system that relied solely on the immediete reporting officers oral comments than my work. Worst part is getting labled as arrogant when you try to explain your concerns to higher ups

Working at Federal means a lot. You will get to learn How to deal with the customers. You will have a potential to handle a large number of Clients. Salary package is good as compared to other private sector banks.

Dislikes

Staff shortage, pressure of third party income, Your can't take your own left leave. The worst thing is the transfer policy of the bank. You will not get your preferred location. There was very heavy work load as the single staff have to handle the following thing:- CASA Gold loan,Retail loan, Business loan, Digital Growth of bank Third party income Life insurance,Health insurance,SGB The main thing is NPA. Company don't value the unique set of skills that you posses, Everybody's job is generalized, job role is not assigned on basis of your skill but how much hold you have with higher ups. Performance is only measured on sales metrics, No matter how much higher education you have no matter you have rarest of all the skill set, company will make you do only generalized job. No value for skill or knowledge. No matter you have the role to do the job but it will hire from outside and not give you the proper role and throw you at some remote place....Read More
