Horrible work life balance with immense pressure for insurance products. Nil support from the higher officials. Too old softwares for loan processings. Work culture and appreciation are at its worst

and if talking about work life balance no such thing lies in Federal Bank. No one care about you if you're posted in rural branch you'll be like nothing for management. No one will talk about your career growth this is pathetic about federal bank

The workplace culture is excellent, and the orderly division of employee's roles contributes to the atmosphere's health specially for Associate.

Dislikes

Policy of transfer. They don't readily grant transfers based on personal preferences. Transferring to a more beneficial option for the employee will mostly take three to four years. Without HRA, an Associate finds it very difficult to survive in an unusual environment.

Work life balance is worst.. if sales is not your thing you wont get any credit for other operational work done by you. Banking is all about selling insurance products

It depends on branch where you have posted .....but we will get handfull of experience handling day to day operations, real time decision making,handling customers, learning financial products......there are many other space where we can explore more...

Won’t get transfers easily, some managers can be very disrespectful. No work life balance especially when it comes to leaves for personal needs

Nothing no learning no proper structure of the internship and zero job security they will retain you if they require you otherwise you are out wasted my precious 6 months here which i could have given to a organisation where i could have gotten job security

Everything shit organisation poor infra didn’t even provide laptop and email during training and expected data privacy and confidentiality poor top management
