Poor management Company politics affects every employee in bad way After leaving the company they don't even provide reliving later to their employees. Even after couple of months of leaving no reliving letter is sent. They change rule when they want that always cause only disadvantages to the employees....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
