Well, in my opinion Students of Fazaia are mixed like intelligent, outstanding and slow learner. I think slow learners are challenge for a teacher.They have lounge in service training time to time and refreshing courses also. Excellent career growth. Salary is not good as compared to work. Traveling alownce is very low.Environment is very friendly. Innovative administration. Work life imbalance has been seen. They offer residence also. I think Fazaia is the best place for showing personal skills.Thanks regards Muzumil fatima...Read More

I think salary is not good.They distribute bonus among high average teachers. I think bonus is the right for all.

Work Details

Well, sometimes my job is very challenging for me but I managed very well. Slow learners from illtrate families are big challenge for me. When they got good result. I proved that I am a good teacher.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
