If you work here i can say you will never get bored of working because the seniors are so frank and friendly they will help you in all subject. Job is very secured but you have to be a good performer with good work ethics, increment is good if depends on your performance.

Dislikes

What I dislike is that there is a lot of quality parameters if i sale good numbers and complete my target for a small mistake, my all incentives will be disqualified

You should join this company only if you are in emergency situation and need some bucks, because the company itself works like that. You have to delete the word ' integrity ' from your memory before joining this company. Caring about employees are a far too stretch , this company does not even care about its customers. They pressuretheir sales team to get max revenue and they do everything to maintain a fake "good company" image. Healthy and competitive working environment and everyone here is very very cooperative. One should do work here and can groom his skills as a professional.

There should be pick up or drop up facility and also little more salary be provided. Also, regarding work we should get opportunity to explore different legal sector so that we can grow our skills faster.
