I joined this company 1 and half year ago as a CCE, After working as customer care executive I got promotion as a Assistant team Leader. I love my job from day one because I started enjoying sales working environment of the organisation is really good. I learn a lot from this organization.

The work coture is making me stay here , where you are free to inovate new ideas as per yourself and can impliment as well, time to time RNR are more effective to encourage people here.

HR policy need to be very clear to the all employees it will help employee to get attached with company more storngly .

Joined as a Buisness advisor now working as a Team Leader , the fastest growth i have seen here only where Management never hesistate to place the right person into the right place , no matter how much time you have spare into the company.
