When you hit on floor TL manager was start giving you pressure. And also if you are here for 8 weekoff in a month you will get only 6 weekoff they said you can earn more money if we do late login manager TL start taking meeting on it but if you extend your shift they will ignore this. They didn’t accept your leaves and weekoff reqst

They did not support me whatsoever. It wasn't only me but many more who were put on unpaid leave of absence since June'2020 just to get fired in Jan'21. There were hundreds of employees who were not lucky enough, they got fired on 1st April'20 despite working for 5-8 years for this organisation

This company used to be a great one but now it's a hub of favouritism. The management has changed drastically and now people who don't know any meaning of the word RESPECT are in charge. There is a man working as a Sr. Manager who can't speak in correct English for 2 good minutes. People who treat agents like trash canes are leadingthat company.
