Initially, I was so excited to work for Travel Domain and I got good reviews from my reference. Now, Its been years but now I feel everything i so wrong and bullying.TL name (Robinson) & HR's are terrible. They will play with words, they gonna pretend to listen to your valid reasons along with Proofs and eventually they all are going to issue their so called Action Plan (CAP) and will loot your hard earned incentives in one go. HR's are even worst and a bit racist i must say. I tried all my possible ways to raise my concern and voice to the upper management, however they suppressed me and gave threat warnings indirectly. Leaves are'nt provided in time even when we have more than enough in our balance. Employees had no fix week'offs. Two days off's were rotated between colleagues and it was very inconvenient when we were given Week offs in place of Leaves. We had to manage next week without any off's and had to work whole 10 days in a row as previous weeks off's were adjusted as leaves.

Poor working culture. Unprofessional culture imposed by managers. Boss is always right formula is common practice and is deep rooted in culture. Need proper team leading trainings to the managers.

This is for name shake an MNC, fact is that it is company driven by the list of some personal who are old, liked by Mr. Sam Jain ( founder CEO) No value of professional skills here, no one listens your voice, one sided decisions by HR all works in a fixed Ajenda. This is the company where old people have a trend of blaming and make the people exit who did not fit into their system. They do not accept changes, new Idea s , policy trends across industries.
