Likes

FFC is a good company for employees. Good working atmosphere and package was good. I got good consideration there.. Overall exp. was memorable.

Dislikes

There is no proper training. Own duty to study and process will relate to employees efficiency and effort. Starting time i feel this problem. But managers were very friendly and cooperative.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
