Perks and Benefits, People from any level can have face to face discussions over anything with OC members, problematic concerns raised by any level of employees are considered and taken actions accordingly.

Dislikes

The people in company still follow the aged back culture and do underestimate people on their looks and CTC, exposure of being visible and training for an fresher as to be imrpovised.

All the perks, benefits and facilities are very satisfying, they provide food for all the employees, they provide travel facility and don't have to worry about facilities and perks.

Dislikes

If you are a family member then you'll have to forget about your family because you'll have a very terrible work life balance. And culture they follow hectic it is....only for the name sake it is an MNC but the culture they literally make you think they are illeterates and indisciplined.

There is really no good things to say. the company will not be willing to spent money on extra resources, you have a very good chance to learn every thing, I mean it. every things... So do not expect that you will be working only as per Job description, you may even work has housekeeper some times. with out any extra benefits.

Dislikes = ALL.. I literally hate every thing here, Mainly the culture, people here are racist. Here they are a group of religious community people who dominate every thing, which leads to a worst working culture (TVS motor Style). The company policies are just for eye wash, nothing will be followed, HR team is powerless. all your benefits will be eaten by your direct boss. You need to spent your own money for company work. They are still in 19th century culture. Your life is nothing for them, they don,t care for your health.
