The working environment is excellent the culture is amazing and the most important thing that pandemic is jus a small phase we are going through but we use to believe in cleanliness , tideness , from the time we started the Fairmont Austin hotel all those skills learned from super chefs of the hotel and great experience with Chef Andre had a huge impact in my culinary future and when now we all are going through this pandemic I am sure it will be very easy for the team to maintain hygienic culture coz we are practicing this from the day we started working with Fairmont Austin project. A good place to learn even if experience and culture do not match expectations

Recruitment to be based more on merit and experience not just on gender and looks. 6 Weekly off were just on papers. People getting 4 were lucky. Market segment of customer was very average, not like 'Fairmont'. Management training programme should be reviewed. A fresher with 1.5 y exp can be at most eligible for supv not AM. New Uniform should be given within 1 month not 1 year of joining.

I loved to worked there, my teammates, Supervisors and my managers all are really good and supportive. But I really disagree with my salary/appraisals/very low tips, no service charges etc otherwise all are good.
