I loved to worked there, my teammates, Supervisors and my managers all are really good and supportive. But I really disagree with my salary/appraisals/very low tips, no service charges etc otherwise all are good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Likes

The Duty Managers were all very nice and supportive and helped me grow a lot in front office department. The inter-department relationship were very helpful too.

Dislikes

No work life balance, company expects the employee to work all the time in the office and when you don't abide by the rules all things are taken on personal level. Very unprofessional behaviour and not expected from the higher management
