I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Flexible work timings, open door policy(have anything to talk to/share with someone), everyone sits in office and we can just walk-in to thier cabin. This is one thing I personally like. Opportunity to work on if you have any new ideas/thoughts. You wont get this freedom in well established organizations.
