CEO is crappy! He treats people like his punching bag specially people who are not IIM, IIT, NIT graduated. Forceful work from office culture during Covid, tries to implement unusual timings for meetings. We can't say 'NO' to unusual 11pm and onwards meetings with CEO or any senior authority because he will then directly call you and abuse you to stay in your limits. No work life balance to be honest. Even when my family is suffering from health emergencies during COVID, I have to compulsorily come to office and work, that's the kind of forceful work life is at Factspan.

Factspan is a company with poor management and questionable practice.After giving campus offers they revoked offers easily without any reason. Many freshers and experience persons are on bench including me.If you value tranparency this is not a place for you to work.

Work cultue is toxic and untrustworthy.The HR team is very rude and play with carrer of students in campus by revoking offers .

Don't join this company it's fake. They easily revoke offer after rolling out them . Requesting to fresh graduates don't sit for placement if visiting to your campus. Very bad bond policies.

I dont like anything about factspan. very bad company with office politics. Shifting to projects . Not having good projects. My teammates are on bench. dont join this company. Also revoking campus offers.

Flexible work timings, open door policy(have anything to talk to/share with someone), everyone sits in office and we can just walk-in to thier cabin. This is one thing I personally like. Opportunity to work on if you have any new ideas/thoughts. You wont get this freedom in well established organizations.
