Likes

Working at facile is fun, with the kind of leaders/CEO at its helm,it will only grow. Teammates were really helpful and motivated. Excellent place to learn new technologies as different kinds of problems are there to be solved in each assignment.

Dislikes

Companies big and small have their fair share of problems. Facile too has its share. Get more clients and more projects,only then it will be able to grow.

Never boring as there was always so much learning to do there.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
