I liked the pride to say my friends and relatives that I work at Facebook. Beside that I never revealed the treatment I used to get there.

Although Facebook globally promotes open work culture where every employee is accessible just a walk to the next desk or workstation regardless of how higher or lower rank or position he has in the organisation, every one is open to share his ideas, views, feedback to anyone in the organisation through personally or over the official chat. Even a Security Guard can access to Mark Zukerburg over the chat anytime. But when it comes to Indian Geography offices, the pinch of Breaucratic behaviour comes in. Regardless of companies policy of equal treatment and benefits to all FB direct employees vs Contigent workers or third party employees of equal importance, one can easily feel the behavioural change and treatment towards a Non FB worker and Direct FB worker. As a Third party Contigent worker you will have to give more respect to a FB direct employee or even to a Second Party Contigent employee. Also there will be many occasions when you will not be invited to give any suggestion or feedback on any equally important topic.
