I have given 7 years in the Fabindia.I have health issues I asked to management for backend job only for few months because I can’t stand 9 hours but they refused my request .that’s why I have given resignation. If we will do for company .company also should think about employees.I need the job my family condition is going very bad because I don’t have job . If I feel a little good I never give resignation because my family depend on me . I need job .it just request please make a policy if employees has any health issues during the job please company will support them.
