The first phase was quite good under the leadership of Rahul rawal, everything went well under his supervision and guidance.

Dislikes

The changes in leadership of a particular project and project director was quite inept. A complete ignorant person was handled the responsibility of a very good project he used to treat every member as road side labours. I don't want to quote his name but lacked leadership skills, the upper management was also ignorant even after multiple complaints. Upper management back then was quite snob and didn't care what an individual employee who is contributing far more than his capabilities, is facing such such troubles. We all know its pandemic time but we worked like 12- 13 hours each. NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL. Even though we have different shifts and each shift had each employee yet responsiblity of night shift employee is thrown on the head of day shift employee. Horrible company to join.

•No management. •No corporate rule implementation. •They will say its 5 days working company but you work each Saturdays n Sundays no comp off too no extra salary. •Higher authority takes no time to dig in to issues. •HR team is helpless and pressured at Higherbench. •Lots of politics. •No Committments •Vendord and Users are not paid money for the work they do.
