I frankly told you about this Company, Finally I have realised it's the Worst Company Ever, I worked. +Each & Everyday their Management will play the politics. Each and every weeks they changes their Policies. ** If you joined anyhow, #Ezbiz_Technologies then be Ready for 1. work each and very day for 9-10 hours. 2. Each day they will change their policy, if they promise to paid for earn leave ( EL) and appraisal , they will refuses each time , they will change their policy at that exact time, and then you have to wait for longer duration. 3. When you Resign, They will force to serve you for a Notice Period for 90 days, and its non-negotiable. They treated their company as an MNC. But in their policy its clearly mention always that notice period is only for 30 days,still they pressurized you to follow policy as they make, If you don't able to continue for 90 days then they will never pay you Salary and your relevance letter/ Experience Letter. They have not given me the salary as well as Experience letter also . 4. Their is no leave for you till 6 months, in case of emergency only you can only take 1-2 leaves. They don't care about your problmes either it's serious or familiar, only their works matter here. 5. For Boys, their is no Survival here. Be ready to handle pressure or work everyday till 9-10 hours daily. 👉 for more Reference, You can See my Example. I have worked here for atleast 1 year, but I have no Experience for this company according to their policies. I have served the notice period for 30 days, but they have not paid the Salary to me till now. 👉Likes Nothing. There is no good thing about Ezbiz Technologies. I will never recommend anyone to join this company. 👉Dislikes Everything. Worst company ever. Works on very old technology and will never listens to their employees. Many times employees suggested them to work in a way that can benefit the company but they never listened. Working hours are 9-10 hours per day. They do unnecessary meetings each day. Even if employees performs well, they were scolded every time, everyday to perform well and deliver more in less time. They will force you to work on saturdays too without any extra pay. They don't even count working hours of any employee. Some of employees works 10 hours and get nothing and some of them work for 11 hours and still gets nothing. No incentives, No appraisals on time, no leaves, no growth, no work life balance. Work Details

1. Working hours : 9:30 - 6:30 : But if you are boy , then you have to work till 8:00 - 8:30 in Night. They always make pressure on you, to work. 2. Policy : Each week and every month they change their policy .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
