Working environment was good and gain good experience while having fun with kids.

Work life balance was not good ...not getting time for doing anything specifically online and salary was not enough according to the workload.

Overall work experience was good but work was not divided properly..no proper duty assigned...lot of work pressure but team mates were helpful and supportive..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Only kids coming and I teaching them as an instructor is personal kind of satisfaction.

Dislikes

The manager and HR were terrible. They admitted that they raged at the employees over their passive anger .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
