Management was too poor, work culture is quite good but there is no employee rights and benifits. There is no equality between employees and no sick leaves

Poor Management by owner this is single man owned company so they will change there politics according to their benifits even they are deducting our salary till now even organization is growing .

They have not paid any kind of salary to any staff for the month of APR to June & July onwards even staffs are working full day but they have assured to pay half salary for next couple of months. This is completely irresponsible organization, despite of there is no dent on profitability, they are taking an advantage of COVID situation & have not been paying even salary to their staffs.

Staffs are working full day but they are paying only half salaries although that is also after 15th of every month,
