Likes

Lajpat Nagar centre and dariyaganj centre are too good to learn ,earn and for satisfaction in work, all the doctors and optometrist colleagues are very helpful and polite in nature

Dislikes

Problem are form manager and manegement side, Too arrogant and not even helpful, need to be do some changes ,

Management was too poor, work culture is quite good but there is no employee rights and benifits. There is no equality between employees and no sick leaves

Here you can learn a lot with doctors , they are so friendly and they teach you or solve your quiries also. At Eye7 ,You can upgrade your skills and able to handle all type of patients. Dr. Sanjay Chaudhry always share his knowledge with doctors and optoms to give comfort and provide benefits to patients. I really, love the way he works or handle all the branches of Eye7. a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
