The salary is low and doesn't match the work you are doing, Promotions doesn't seems to be done on performance but more on who you know and or how well you get along with management. Hard work often goes unnoticed and there is no real recognition for it. the company doesn't focus on helping employees to grow or develop skills, so career advancement feels like a dead end. The focus seems to be making money more than proving quality care for patients. Doctors and Staff are not treated well The work culture is not great either - management can let you go without warning based on there moods or personal reasons, which creates a a lot of stress and uncertainty. The organization is also going though some tough financial times and salaries are sometimes paid from loans which is concerning. Overall, it feels like place where you are valued and job security is unstable. I Would suggest looking for a more stable and supportive job elsewhere...Read More
