The other people working there under pressure.

Dislikes

They have no manner how to talk to the juniors. I didnt face any problem as such but i couldnt work in such a toxic and manipulative environment. These people are crooks better stay far away.

The hospital is very clean and hygienic. Also my RM and ex-Centre manager was very supportive. Hence I had a quite good time working with them.

Dislikes

The environment that we have at Ranchi Centre. Fully biased, some people do politics all the time including my present centre manger. I hated the work culture at Ranchi Centre and due to this, the centre will never grow.
