Work culture is terrible, Female staff is not safe. Dr. Chadhary and his son takes advantage of their Female staff. Girls who are ready to compromise will get higher appraisal and higher designation. One example is Kanishka.

Everything is really wonderful. Experience is quite good . Team members are so supportive. I love the management team (HR) colleuge and job itself . Management is professional. I never had a manager ask me how i am doing and who appreciates to learn something new. TL is so supportive , never interfere in anyone's personal life , never stand on your head.. No politics , feel like you have a small family instead of coluege or seniors. Always appreciate if you do something good ....Read More

Working hours but no need to explain about your leaves . If you have leaves you can take that without any hesitation. Competitive environment but always get appreciation and support to resolve problem if you stuck in mid .
