Currently the company is going in an aggressive mode, which is good for the organisation and the employee can apply himself. Employee is given freedom of expression in work. There is work-life balance.

There are issues at management level, this has led to an unstable environment in the organisation, eventually an insecure environment to employees.

Nothing.... Worst company worked ever with zero learning and employee benefits

No clarity at work. No projects No visibility Worst management who don't even know how to run the company.. No operating money. Bankrupted company will shut down any time
