Mr Sunil regional manager is number one cheater he manipulate the leads & accounts of new joins & business unit head Mr Zaheer Abbas support such things for there personal development to showcase to company that they real work so hard. Also Sunil shows favouritism to word’s employees. Better don’t join in company until this 2people are there in the company. Zaheer calls even in sundays after office hours. Its been almost 9 months as a ASM. Overall managers are good.. but few lazy managers are getting salary without working in field. They are cheating the company and getting full pay. Company have to monitor those cheaters. but company is fine. But u r under pressure. Overall support is 100% from senior managers. No politics and they are friendly.

Unwanted Pressure company expects too much business. but ground reality is totally different,. Sudden changes internally so its affecting your Pipeline leads. Have to enquire the reality with ground working Managers not only with Senior managers.

Very bad experience, I'll suggest go for other company. Manager and Senior Manager and SM force you to false selling fake commitment and said you need sale any how otherwise we will deduct your salary and talking about travel Allowance so it's not done from company end no Ho management, each and everything is Manager hand / SM hand if your are not going to done target that time doesn't value of your efforts he'll deduct your salary for 15-20 days so please don't come here wait and patience for better job , I'm also want to leave this job but my ta is for 3 month's pending here I'm waiting for my ta then after I'll resign if i resign before receive ta that time ta is go back company account and not deposit in my account so I'm here right now otherwise i already done it before...Read More
