At management level it needs improvement. They promote candidates on personal level that is creating chaos in completion of projects. And most important management people don’t have any ground level experience so organisation is looking downfall.

There is no skill based hiring, promotions are completely based upon manager's. Existing employees even after having a better skillset are undermined by new hirings who are trained by the existing ones only and still lack the insight and skills. Manager is partial towards employees, he / she themselves opt for work from home but does not allow their juniors to do so.

They should understand that a dubai market will be new for a person coming from another country and he needs time to explore and understand the market. And their product is that advanced as other companies in dubai.
