It’s kind of Lala company. Management is very poor. Policies are not employee friendly. Work is not exciting everything is decided by a single person. People work here are unprofessional, they don’t respond you quickly. HR doesn’t respond to your issues. Overall don’t join , only join if you have no other place to go
