Likes

Hyderabad team is a gem. Among the team, there's a good amount of unity. Management is supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

There's nothing much to be honest. The company needs more experienced approach and focus on marketing strategies that work; tried and tested methodologies, while keeping in mind of the trends of the market.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
