I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

My colleagues were so nice. Everybody is friendly there. You can learn things too fast as your manager puts immense pressure you.

Dislikes

Company will expect you to have no life only Work. leave Saturday You need to work sometimes even on Sundays. The salary is too low and no good hike. You will be underpaid and the worst part is Bond. Please don't ever sign bond in any company. Approximately you'll need to work 9 hours excluding the lunch break.
