There was zero benefit from working at Expro, the only thing i learned from 7.5 Years of working there was that i stayed to long when i finally left.

Dislikes

Expro is a toxic pit of pain. No depts work in collaboration its all blame. The only dept that cant be blamed is subsea as your constantly told "they are the money makers" even though they were not. The procurement dept where treated with utter contempt, not only by other depts but by their own totally hopeless manager who was supposed to lead the dept. The manager was put in place after a restructure where experienced management team where let go in favour for a brown nosing waste of space who had no management experience, and it shows. The Expro company is stuck in the old ways and technology is terrible. Your not allowed to order new I.T kit but get handed a recent leavers kit or get asked to go and check the I.T box which had monitors that where 20 years old (YES REALLY) to be used. No payrise or bonus in 8 years (despite passing all EDP appraisals with exceeding expectations advised on every one) No progression as it was always cut off when you had proved you had outgrown your role by being told we will review it next year, next year never came. Work Details

Worked as a buyer for 7.5 Years at Expro getting complained too daily as not being good enough despite meeting all targets and exceeding many. Also on appraisals told i was exceeding expectations to be told then on a daily basis i wasnt?!
