This company has been changed with the name people 1. The salary issue is the one which spoils the work environment completely. Company itself not coming up with new venture instead they are sending all the workforce as an outsourced. Its good for the beginners but for experienced people, carrer wise put your finger cross

Good teammates, learning prospects are there, nice work environment, average work-life balance.

Dislikes

Employee is not treated as first among the other stakeholders of the company. Salary, PF and gratuity all financial terms are not considered important.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
