There is nothing that can be appreciated about this company so far. Please don't join this company it's a fraud. They will pay you pennies and management will find all innovative methods to harass you. The word limit in lean season is 3000 per day to make sure that employees resign. There is no one who is a PHD expert but we are told to lie to the client and even told to give exams on behalf of students. (H.R TEAM IS WORST) This office is full of politics and management has a keen interest in private life. You won't find anyone who is happy and everyone is searching for another job. HR (Miss Ghosh) has no other work than shouting at employees around on things she has no business or knowledge about. She is also paranoid about office politics and if she sees two employees talking she gets nevered out One writer is getting 15k and the other is getting 40k. There is no fixed salary or policy as to the word limit sometimes 2.5 k or 3k. They even used to tell us to post fake reviews of social media platforms and Naukri portals. Here we used to make assignments on subjects we had no idea. And when clients failed they used to fine us. Please don't join this place however if incase you need money then go for it but do keep searching for other jobs too.

I really like the culture of this company, There is not much pressure. Everyone behaves like a professional colleague.

The same problem which faced by every other organisation in this country. When we discuss some idea with someone, especially the seniors, then that idea is not much discussed. I think our next generation is smarter and more intelligent than the previous one. If one idea is proposed by a senior and another idea is proposed by the executive, then we should also listen to the idea given by the executive.
